From Melbourne to Shanghai onto Berlin and now in Gent, Belgium since May 2020, Cherokee has been living her DJ life in many of the world’s most cosmopolitan cities. The YALO boutique hotel in Gent chose Cherokee to be their first female DJ resident when they were finally allowed to open in late 2021 after Covid. As well she's a DJ resident at Beach Boy Terrace and Bar 49, Cadzand (The Netherlands) for renowned Belgian chef Sergio Herman (SGH group) and playing regularly in Antwerp and a few other local festivals and music spots. 


Cherokee holds vast music industry experience and is recognised through her work at companies Yamaha Music Australia, Soundcorp Australia, Street FM & Kiss FM Australia and Musicstyling (UK/EU). She's a former radio presenter and hosted Cherry Global Radio Show for 10 years on Kiss FM and had it broadcast into Los Angeles & Hong Kong.


Cherokee created own brand events 'SoulFashion' (Berlin) held during Berlin Fashion Week, 'SuSHE' (Shanghai) female DJ brand established in Shanghai and during lockdown had the first-ever all Australian female DJ 'SuSHE' live stream event in early 2022 for International Women's month. In June 2022 in Gent, Belgium she created DISTRICT a music event for learner DJs, providing a platform where they could play their first DJ sets. 'Martini' was Cherokee 's cosmopolitan house music event in Melbourne which provided gigs for local and upcoming DJ talent. 


Cherokee had the honour of head-lining for Australia at the World Expo in Shanghai, China in 2010. Her client portfolio consists of brands:

Louis Vuitton, Veuve Clicquot, Perrier-Jouet, Barcardi, NYCGO (New York City's official travel and tourism marketing portal), the Australian Embassy Berlin, Cinven Global London, ITB Berlin (Int. Travel & Tourism Exhibition) IAA Frankfurt Motorshow, Germany to name a few. With her expertise in venue design and sound curation, she developed bespoke playlists for luxury hotels Jumeriah, W Hotels, MGallery, Four Seasons, Marriot Brands, Ritz Carlton, Sofitel and the likes. Cherokee enjoys the musical knowledge she's obtained and still has to learn.
